At Baked Blush, all our products are freshly baked with care and made-to-order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a structured refund and cancellation policy as outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation (Before Preparation)
Customers may request cancellation of their order only if the request is made before the preparation of the product has started.
Once we receive your cancellation request in time, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be processed.
2. No Cancellation After Preparation
Once the preparation of your order has begun, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances. As our products are freshly made, they cannot be reused or resold.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
– Order canceled before preparation
– Incorrect item delivered
– Damaged product received
– Quality issues (subject to verification)
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
You may be required to provide:
– Clear photos of the product
– Order details
After verification, we will either:
– Offer a replacement, or
– Process a refund
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
– Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
– Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
– Minor design or taste variations (as products are handmade)
– Change of mind after order preparation
7. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays due to external factors such as traffic, weather, or third-party delivery services are beyond our control and are not eligible for refunds.
